My Workout

I made this poster as goal for myself.  I noticed when I do workouts like this it helps me in my running.  At the moment I can do these workouts with lots of breaks in between and not all at once or in the correct position :P  So my goal is to do this on my rest days and cross-training days until I can do all workouts without so many breaks in between and with the correct position/body postures!  Wishing myself luck!
