Milestone before a milestone

I completed 30 Km as part of my training for the Full Marathon in December!  More pictures and recap of my experience will be on my running blog soon!

Birthday Celebration from Spore

While my family were in Pattaya partying away.  Bayu and I went to our favorite lebanese restaurant to celebrate Mom's birthday.  Yuuuuuuum -E!

21 Again!

Saturday night was Joyce's 21st Birthday.  We celebrated in church. 

Daddy!

This is my Dad giving the sermon last Saturday at a church in Pattaya.  My sister, richmond, mom and dad went to Pattaya for church and stayed over at a hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday the next day.  They had a good time but not as good without Bayu and I! I love my Dad and am so proud of him. :D

Indo Gathering

Last Friday was a holiday.  Bayu and I spent the whole day at Pasir Ris park with the Indonesian ministry of Singapore.  We had a barbeque and some games and just relaxed.  Bayu was under the scorching sun being barbequed as he barbequed our food.  When we got home he was totally black and burnt and asked for my facial mask.  Haha.  It was fun but the sun drained the life out of us!

Rock On!

Work is stressful, hard but so rewarding!  This is my enrichment class that I have talked about every now and then.  This is their second to last lesson with them this year.  I'll miss them I guess hahaha.  Next year again! Oh no! But exciting....oh the mixed up feelings of a stressful job I love. :P

Jap!

Simon brought Bayu and I to try some Japanese food.  It was a good time to spend and talk because we were the only ones in the small cozy restaurant in Suntec City.  I remember being sleepy and tired but I had fun.

Puretty!

I miss these 2 ladies!  Sunday was my Mom's birthday.  This wasn't a birthday celebration but just wanted to share this pretty picture.  Can't wait for us to meet again.

After a long Sunday run Bayu made me blueberry pancakes with oatmeal, chocolate rice and maple syrup!

Keep Going!

My sister and her beloved Richmond joining the midnight run!  I wish that one day I will be able to join them for a run too :D  So glad they got out there!  And I can't believe all these years I have never heard of or was aware of races going on.  I'm so ignorant! But its never too late!

Chilli's!

Ruth treated me for lunch during our visit to Universal Studios.  This is her favorite restaurant.  She ordered the chicken wings and I ordered the salad which can bare be seen because of the chicken strips covering it!  It was awesome!  But mostly because the company was awesome too.

Thanks Boss!

As part of our teachers' day celebration we waited until our biggest event of the school year was over (School concert) and treated ourselves out to Universal Studios.  This is of course 1% of the pictures from that day.  Thanks boss for getting us the tickets in!  It was a fun day going on all the rides.  Now my two favorite rides are the roller coasters and Transformers.  Awesome time!

School Concert

We had are school concert 2 weeks ago and so we didn't have work in the day time but had to go to the program at night.  Basically it is the graduation and a show given by each class.  I was the backstage coordinator.  And here's a pic of me!  I haven't blogged nearly half the month!  I am becoming naughty and instead of blogging once a day I make up for each day by spamming my blog at the end of the month! tsk tsk to me...

Before Now

After all these years...God has led me to the right Dr to help me with my acne fighting.   The first shot was taken around March this year I believe and the second one 2 weeks ago.  I was wearing makeup in the second picture but you don't see any bumps right??? and also I've grown alot tanner because I've been running in the sun so much.  Thank you Lord for my face with no acne pain and for my running tan!

Miracle

I just witnessed a miracle. That has happened to me! I must share it and record it here!

My EZ-Link card which is used to travel was empty on the way back home (no $$ in the card). I had to buy a temporary card which caused $3.10. I didn't have any cash with me except coins and I didn't know if it was enough!

I took out the coins and I though I saw only $3 but a tiny 10c was hidden among the 50c!

I had exactly $3.50 and I could I home.

Praise The Lord.

Update

It's almost the end of 2012! Have I been able to blog every day this year? Haha. Well, I have made enough posts to cover each day of the month so far but I didn't post it daily :P

I think I will continue to post regularly this year it has been fun and I can really count my blessings.

I can't believe I have 5 weeks left of this shool year! I'm excited and happy because I can't wait for the much needed holiday. But it also means that it's going to be a super busy 5 weeks!!! Aaaahhhh!

So far this year and of course in my life, God has been such a loving God to me :D

Care Group

We have discussed the 5 love languages, the languages of apology and now we are currently discussing prayer.

We are watching a video (Prayer by Pastor Jim Cymbala) which also includes study questions that we can discuss in our group.

October Babies

We had 7 celebrants at church today celebrating their birthdays this month - Simon, Joyce, shalom, Orielle, auntie Annie ad Stacia.

This is a sinfully awesome cake. There is a spread of Nutella, surrounded with kit Kat and sprinkled with m&ms.

My Moms birthday is also this month on the 28th

Blast

I'm having a blast with the presence of my parents.

We've been relaxing at home more than going out haha.

We havnt taken so much pictures because Singapore is more like home than a tourist country now.

Happy Sabbath! Will enjoy my lady weekend with them before they leave.

Adorable

Here are some of the cute prenursery kids. They are growing up so fast! From quiet observers they ate now talkative participants hehe. Love them to pieces!
