Christmas Eve

The social committee of Chuan Hoe Church, which Bayu and I are part of, have been planning this event for quite some time.  It turned out to be fun and memorable.
Another reason to put on makeup and do something with my bad hair day.

We had door gifts to give.  Singing Christmas songs.  Devotion.  Dinner. Cake. Games and gift exchange!

Shi Rong got me for the gift exchange.  Javan will love this!

Anniversary Weekend Finale - Science Centre

Of course Bayu enjoyed it the most! Haha.  I'm sure he want his son to love dinosaurs as much as does lol.

We had a doctor's appointment in the morning.  After that we had breakfast at Cedele and bought some pastries to eat when we/I get hungry.  We then headed to the Science Centre because they have a dinosaur exhibition.  We also explored the Science Centre.  It was really hard for me to walk for long at a time.  I swear my energy level is always so easily drained.  After that we had dinner at the newly opened mall, West Gate.  Then we headed home because Bayu had his Krav Maga class and I just wanted to lay down. :P

Our Anniversary weekend souveneir.

Happy Anniversary

5 year of marriage 9 years of friendship.  I love my Bayu.  My love of my life and my best friend.  The one who knows me so well.  I can count on him through thick and thin.  And I'm going to have a child with him.  Another beautiful chapter of our life is about to unfold and I'm looking forward to our journey together each year because I know I can count on him.  I thank God for him everyday.

Supposedly Anniversary Weekend :P

Friday, December 20, 2013.  We went to the River Safari.  It's quite new in Singapore and I really like this place.  Our 5 year anniversary is on the 21st but we wanted to have several days of celebration so we started a day early.  On the actual day, Saturday, we had dinner  at Nabins a Mediterranean restaurant.  No pics of that though.  On Sunday we were supposed to go to the Jurong Bird Park but I was too exhausted from Friday and Saturday (when you're preggers you energy level can go so looow).  So I slept all day Sunday.  We had planned to go to Science Centre on Monday so thanks to my all day rest on Sunday we were able to do that - in the next blog post.

Chocolate panda pau

My favorite part of the whole zoo.

Walk, sit, walk, sit, eat, toilet break and repeat haha.  Before we went in we had packed some food so we had ice cream from Ben and Jerry's and ate our packed food first.

I had fun.  I feel like everyday we try to do something special and just celebrate our relationship and the fact that we won't be just the two of us very soon!

Being Pregnant...What can I say?

I was looking through some blogs of women who were pregnant and I saw one mommy-to-be talking about what she missed while being pregnant.  I thought that was interesting because I also miss some things.  So I'm going to do a few segments in this post:

What symptoms have I experienced so far
What I miss in my pregnancy
What I love about being pregnant
What am I doing to prepare for a baby

What symptoms have I experienced so far?

Maternity Photoshoot Photos are up!

The photos from our baby bump photoshoot on Sunday are up!

Click here to see it.  Hope you love it as much as I do.  And when you get the chance you should take photos like that too.

For Bayu and I it's a significant moment in our life.  We just had to document this turning point.

Krav Maga Enthusiast

Bayu isn't interested in just any regular physical activity.
He loves Krav Maga!
It's a kind of martial arts but focuses more on self defense.

Secret Anniversary Project

This Saturday is going to by our 5th wedding anniversary!  I have  planned a little something for Bayu.  I haven't started it yet as I am waiting for him to get out of the house ;P  Can't wait to show the finished project as well.
